These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of symbioenergypartners.com and related services offered by Symbio Energy Partners LLC ("Symbio," "we," or "us").

Services

Symbio provides business energy consulting, including information about retail electric provider options, procurement support in deregulated markets. We are a licensed broker, not a retail electric provider. Supply contracts are between you and the provider you select.

No guarantee of savings

Information on this site is for general guidance. We do not guarantee specific rates, savings, or availability of any product. Actual offers depend on your location, usage, and provider participation.

Compensation

Symbio may receive compensation from retail electric providers or program partners when you enroll or purchase qualifying services through us. This may influence presentation order but not our obligation to explain material terms.

Authorized usage data

If you authorize us to retrieve historical usage data for quoting, you represent you have authority over the account and agree to indemnify Symbio against claims arising from unauthorized requests.

Links to third-party sites are subject to their own terms. Symbio is not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Symbio's total liability arising from these Terms or use of the site shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50) or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your state apply.
